Post Processing Combined upload

Combined upload joins together two processes, employee upload and gross to net upload. This process allows for the uploading of a single file containing employee changes and then post processing data. The upload process follows the same steps for each of the two individual processes, committing the employee changes first before moving onto the post processing data upload.
